An
overview of our approach: |
Initial meeting with your company, between us we can
develop and identify your specific needs, the learning style your
company prefers and the company culture. Field visits with existing
medical sales people would be arranged if required. A company plan
and report would be presented to you outlining needs and objectives
for training. It is your choice at this stage if you want to continue
with the recommendations.
Once the training content and time schedules have
been agreed. Our training programmes can be implemented at a venue
of your choice throughout the UK, or at our London offices.
An initial one-month follow-up is recommended of all
the delegates that attend our training days, this helps to answer
any questions or concerns people may have. We can offer three and
six month visits if required.
